Spearhead is a SAP National implementation Partner of SAP America and is focused on delivering cost-effective implementation of the SAP product. 
       
    • Senior SAP Basis Consultant —TSI, Inc , Florida, 

    • Upgraded SAP from 3.1H to 3.1I on Compaq Proliant 7000 with WinNT/Informix 7.0 and upgraded Industry Solution AFS from SAP V1.0C to V1.0D. Installed Fixpack#1, #2 and #3 and all post released notes for V1.0D. Installed and setup production systems including 3 application servers. Installed and maintained logon load balancing and user groups by branch.  Setup of "daily" and "nightly" operation modes per server and grouping processes for achieving a satisfactory performance. 
       
    • Sr. SAP Basis Consultant CHANEL, Inc, New Jersey, 

    • Assisting and supporting SAP 3.1H on HP K-series, HPUX 10.20 with ORACLE 7.3.3.6 Expanded and scaled the Database for the clients requirements. Created 6 clients for the development team, applied 29 Hot packages and upgraded SAP patch Manager. Loaded a pre-configured client PCC from Sapnet. Installed CTS scripts to facilitate transports between DEV, QAS and PRD systems. Assisting in resizing and stabilizing the whole chain of SAP systems and addressing performance issues, especially with ALE/EDI. GO LIVE status is January 1 - 1999. 

      I personally hired and trained staff and assured a high quality product.


     
    • Senior SAP Basis Consultant —  Honey Baked Ham Company, Atlanta, GA. 

    • Installed and engineered SAP installations on Windows NT 4.0 on Compaq servers, SAP 3.1H and MSSQL-6.5 Server Database. I am acting as the only SAP Basis Consultant from Spearhead, supporting all teams in FI/CO, HR and MM. Implemented all Basis ASAP strategies, Policies and Procedures for IT's technical department. Loaded Pre-configured Client from Sapnet and installed Accelerated Financials, Accelerated Human Resources and BSI 5.0 Tax Factory for HR. Preparing for a cutover from Development to Production in preparation for a role out at the end of September 1998.
       
    • Senior SAP Basis Consultant — B&G manufacturing, Philadelphia, PA

    • Installed and engineered SAP 3.1H on IBM RS6000, AIX4.2 with ORACLE 7.3.3.5. Created 4 clients, applied 17 Hot packages and upgraded SAP patch Manager. Loaded a pre-configured client PCC from Sapnet.  Installed my own Backup scripts interface to brbackup/brarchive.Preparing for a cutover from Development to Production in preparation for a role out at the end of August 1998.
       
    • Senior SAP Basis Consultant — Computer Horizons Corporation (CHC) in New Jersey.

    • Assisting in the initiation of SAP installations on Windows NT 4.0 on Compaq servers, SAP 3.1H and Oracle 7.3.3.5. Engineering the SAP environment layout and applying  ASAP approach as an efficient and fast SAP implementation.  Defining external interfaces and best methodologies for integrating clients legacy systems with SAP.
    • Conducted training for Spearhead clients and SAP America training centers in the Basis area. SAP20, SAP50 (Basis Technologies),  BC625 (SAPOffice ) and BC425 (SAP Modifications and Enhancements).

SAP Basis Team Leader - Senior Systems Support Analyst

    Worked with QATARGAS for the past 2 and 1/2 years. I was appointed from the start to acquire the appropriate hardware to run SAP. SUN/SOLARIS was the choice and ORACLE was the database. We started  production on 2.2E supporting 400 users on a central instance with 3 application servers.  This was deployed on July 2, 1996. Installed and administered the SUN servers to host the 2.2E development server and later the production servers. We have acquired a separate server for the new development effort to 3.0F and upgraded  a dB-exported  image of production and successfully completed this in January, 1997.  Production was upgraded to 3.0F with a 3.1G kernel on May, 1997 with Logon Load Balancing implemented. 
    I  lead the SAP Basis Team in QATARGAS. I administerd the platform hardware/software layout under (UNIX/Solaris) and its resources from installations to upgrades. Installation for SAP and upgrading up to 3.0F. Supported all SAP Teams and solved their problems/dumps. Installed and administered OSS connectivity for the company. Traced and Applied fixes/patches to ABAP/4 programs and other SAP resources. Executed and maintained Backups for all systems UNIX and SAP. I attended all SAP training courses for BASIS and completed them successfully. Corrections and Transports and application servers logon load balancing. Database Exports/Imports between systems. Clients Export/Import and local copying. Database administration and re-organisation of Tablespaces and critical Tables under ORACLE. SAPGUI on Win95 and Win31 for workgroups installations and upgrades.

    Joined PARANET as a Senior Network Systems Administrator, providing consulting, assistance and advises to a broad and diversified number of computer clients base. Provided  assistance to CHEVRON GAS/OIL, built-up and implemented a Central Standard Utility Tools environment throughout their network. Acquired and built X applications and  administrative tools from the Internet and made it available on 7 different UNIX architectures namely, SUN 4.1.3,  Solaris 2.4, AIX 3.2, SGI IRIX-4D, HPUX 9.0.1, DEC Ultrix-4.2  and Solaris-I86.     Designed and implemented Call Management Centre Transport and Session layers over X.25 Protocol, to provide gateway services in a public data network.
